Accessibility Statement

Impact Alignment Hub is committed to making the product usable by as many people as possible. This statement describes our conformance target, known limitations, and how to reach us.

Conformance target

We aim to conform to WCAG 2.1 Level AA for both the consultant app and the public review portal. This means we work toward sufficient contrast, keyboard operability, visible focus, readable text sizing, and assistive-technology-friendly markup. We test against the most common screen readers and browser zoom levels during development.

What we support

  • Navigate the editor, alignment hub, and review portal using a keyboard alone.
  • Resize text and zoom pages up to 200% without loss of content or function.
  • Use the no-login review portal without a mouse, including entering your code and submitting a sign-off.
  • Theme switching between light and dark for users who need lower brightness.

Known limitations

  • The moodboard image grid relies on visual content; alternative text for uploaded images is supplied by the author and may be missing. Consultants are encouraged to describe images in the surrounding brief fields.
  • Some third-party rich-text and drag-and-drop controls may not be fully operable with all assistive technologies; we fall back to standard text inputs where possible.
  • Real-time status updates (such as sign-off handshake changes) may not always announce to screen readers automatically; refreshing the page reflects the latest state.

Third-party content

The review portal and exports may display content authored by consultants (brief text, images, comments). We control the platform’s accessibility, but not the accessibility of content users choose to upload.

Feedback and contact

If you encounter a barrier, please tell us through the support channel provided in the app, including the page, the action you were trying to perform, and the assistive technology you use. We prioritise accessibility feedback and aim to respond promptly.

Continuous improvement

Accessibility is an ongoing effort. We review this statement as the product changes and update the “last updated” date above whenever we ship improvements that affect conformance.
