Refund Policy
Impact Alignment Hub sells Pro licenses through Gumroad. This policy explains the refund terms that apply before you activate a license key.
All sales are final
Once a Pro license key has been delivered and activated, all sales are final and no refunds are offered. Because the license grants immediate access to premium features and a free tier is available to evaluate the product beforehand, we do not provide money-back guarantees, exchanges, or credits after activation.
Gumroad is the merchant of record
Pro licenses are sold by Gumroad under its own terms of service and payment policies. The transaction takes place on Gumroad’s checkout, and Gumroad handles payment processing. Any chargeback or payment dispute is governed by Gumroad’s policies and your payment provider’s rules.
Evaluate before you buy
We encourage you to use the free tier to confirm the product fits your workflow before purchasing Pro. The free tier lets you build a full brief and preview the export formats, so you can make an informed decision before any payment.
Non-delivery or defective keys
If a license key you purchased fails to verify, contact us through the support channel provided in the app with your order details and the key. We will investigate and, where a genuine defect is confirmed, replace the key or restore access — this is a service restoration, not a refund.
Statutory rights
Nothing in this policy excludes rights that cannot be excluded under applicable consumer protection law. Where the law of your country of residence guarantees a refund or other remedy that cannot be waived, that right is preserved.
